DraftIQ is built for NFL agents, who handle confidential client information. Here is exactly what we collect, what we never see, and the terms for using the site.
- Anything you type into the Stay / Declare tool stays in your browser. It is never sent to DraftIQ.
- We only receive what you submit in a form: an email sign-up, a report download or an access request.
- We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- DraftIQ's numbers are projections for information, not offers or professional advice.
Privacy
What never leaves your browser
The Stay / Declare tool runs entirely on your device. Player names, NIL figures, draft ranges and any other inputs are calculated in your browser and are not transmitted to us. The Agent Profile you can add to reports (name, agency, certification number, contact details, logo) is saved only in your own browser on that computer. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What we collect, and only when you submit it
- Email updates (home page): your email address.
- Track Record report download: your email address, so we can send you the PDF.
- Founding-agent access requests: your name, agency, work email, NFLPA certification status, the number of 2027 clients or recruits you selected, any note you add, and the IP address the request came from (used to prevent spam).
We use this to reply to you, send what you asked for, review access requests, and send occasional DraftIQ updates. Every update email can be unsubscribed from by replying to it.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores form submissions. Emails are delivered through Resend. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies or cross-site tracking. These providers process data only to run the site.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete anything you've submitted, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. We keep submissions only as long as they're useful for the purposes above.
Terms of use
Information, not advice
Everything on draftiq.ai, including draft ranges, rookie-contract values, NIL benchmarks, verdicts, contract projections and reports, is for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Contract ranges are projections based on comparable deals, not offers from any team. Decisions about a player's career should be made with the player, his family and qualified professionals.
Accuracy
Projections rely on public data that changes and can be wrong. Pages show the date they were last updated, and news between updates may not be reflected. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and DraftIQ is not liable for decisions made using it.
No affiliation
DraftIQ is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, the NFLPA, any NFL team, any college, any conference or any player. Player and team names are used only to describe publicly reported information. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Your responsibilities
Agents are responsible for their own compliance with NFLPA regulations and applicable laws, including how they use DraftIQ output with players and families. Please don't copy, resell or republish DraftIQ's boards or reports in bulk without permission.
